Randi West has distinguished herself in many ways throughout her career and has always been eager to take on that next challenge. Arriving in Tampa six years ago, Randi took charge of WTMX, and she arrived with the mission of making “the halls fun and family-like, treating the staff with respect and cultivating a spirit of team unity and purpose.” Sounds like a winning formula by anyone’s standards.
