Jagger
This is the first picture from the very beginning of my career! I just turned 16, and I was running the board at my favorite hometown station, heritage Top 40 WHOT (Hot 101) in Youngstown, Ohio! A few years later, my senior year in high school and I'd be on the air as Kidd Thomas, then Mike Thomas, before Jagger.
While at Hot 101, hanging in the studio with one of my best friends Kasper and Jon B.! I really grew up at WHOT, from board op, to part timer, to full-time nights and Music Director before I moved on.
My second stop was Birmingham Alabama, at the now defunct Hot 97.3 (WEDA). Here I am with Red Hot Brian Scott at City Stages in downtown Birmingham broadcasting live! It was short lived but a lot of fun!
I had the chance to work at Radio Now 93.1 in Indianapolis, Indiana for David Edgar in 2001. I learned how to become a much better jock while there. This picture was taken during a Saturday night show in the Emmis showcase studios at Monument Circle.
From there I headed to Salt Lake City, Utah and worked at powerhouse Top 40 KZHT (94-9 ZHT/97-1 ZHT), was Music Director working alongside Jeff McCartney and did nights, then pm drive. Here's a pic with Backstreet Boys Nick Carter and Howie D!
Next up: KC101 in New Haven, CT! I’m with The Veronicas and my producer B-Rock. I was the Music Director and pm drive host while there from 2004-2006.
While working at KC101, the opportunity I had always dreamed of arose, a shot to work in New York! I was given the shot to do weekends on a radio station that would be a major part of my story, Z100!!! This picture was taken day one of learning the ropes in the studio before going on-air in 2004.
While working at both KC101 and Z100, Rob Miller and Tom Poleman gave me a shot to be the nighttime air personality at the legendary 105-5 KTU in New York! This was an amazing opportunity! I loved my time at KTU! Was there for 10 years, before leaving for my first Program Director job in Hartford!

While in New York, I also became the Music Director in 2009 for Z100 while still on the air at KTU. I also was able to launch my own Nationally Syndicated radio show, "The Weekend Throwdown with Jagger," that started in 2008, and it’s still heard in over 50 cities today! This picture was after an interview with Charlie Puth in 2015.

My first Program Director job was at WKSS (Kiss 95-7) in Hartford, CT! We had the chance to do some great things during my time there. Here's a pic of Ava Max and I in the Kiss 95-7 studio in December of 2018.
We had an amazing performance lounge in Hartford! It was great bringing in artists to perform for our listeners. Here's a picture of me interviewing Noah Cyrus last year in 2020.
I recently moved to Kansas City in June and am the new Program Director at Top 40 KCHZ (95-7 The Vibe) & Rock KCJK (105-1 The X). I also host pm drive on The Vibe, here's a pic of me in the studio during a show in July.
