Brian Davis
Cumulus Media announces that it has appointed Brian Davis as Operations Manager for its Appleton-Oshkosh, WI cluster and as PD of Country 99.5 WPKR. In his new roles, Davis will program WPKR and oversee Cumulus’ five radio stations in the Appleton-Oshkosh market, including WPKR, Classic Hits WVBO, Modern Rock WWWX, Adult Standards WNAM-AM and News/Talk WOSH-AM.
Davis was most recently Brand Manager for Townsquare Media-Dubuque, IA. Prior to that, he was PD for Cumulus-Bloomington, IL from 2011-2016. This also marks a return to Northeast Wisconsin for Davis, as he was previously APD for Woodward Communications-Appleton-Green Bay, WI from 2004-2011.
John Rowe, Vice President/Market Manager for Cumulus Appleton-Oshkosh, said, “This is a homecoming of sorts for Brian, having worked in the marketplace a few years ago.
