A Star is Born cover“Shallow,” the duet from A Star is Born between Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga, won the Academy Award Sunday night for Best Original Song. Gaga and “Shallow” co-writers Mark Ronson, Anthony Rossomando and Andrew Wyatt were presented with the Oscar following a showstopping performance of “Shallow” by her and Cooper. The pair stepped onstage right from their seats in the audience to sing the song around a piano, sharing the same microphone by the end of the performance.

“Shallow” also won two Grammys just a few weeks ago and a Golden Globe last month. It was the only win for A Star is Born, which was up for seven Oscars in total.

The Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody won four times at the 91st Academy awards, most notably Best Actor for Rami Malek and his portrayal of the late Freddie Mercury. The film also won Best Sound Mixing, Best Film Edition and Best Sound Editing, making it the most-honored movie of the night.
