The sale of radio stations KBLX-FM, Berkley, KMVQ-FM and KOIT-FM, San Francisco, and KUFX-FM, San Jose, California, from Bonneville International Corporation to Connoisseur Media is now a done deal.
The seller, Bonneville International Corporation, is an integrated media and marketing solutions company operating radio and TV stations, local websites, chart-topping podcasts and other digital distribution assets. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Bonneville is a subsidiary of Deseret Management Corporation.
The buyer, Connoisseur Media, is a Westport, Connecticut-based company headed by Jeff Warshaw. Connoisseur is one of the top 10 radio broadcasters in the US.
Urban KBLX-FM operates at 102.9 MHz, with 7.200 kW at 1,270’ HAAT.
Top 40 KMVQ-FM operates at 99.7 MHz, with 40.000 kW at 1,299’ HAAT.
AC KOIT-FM operates at 96.5 MHz, with 24.000 kW at 1,575’ HAAT.
Classic Rock KUFX-FM operates at 98.5 MHz, with 10.000 kW at 879’ HAAT.
