Beyonce - RenaissanceThe nominations for the 65th Annual Grammy Awards were announced today with Beyoncé leading the pack. The superstar artist earned nine nods in multiple categories: Best Song Written For Visual Media for “Be Alive” from the movie King Richard, Album of the Year for Renaissance, “Break My Soul” for Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Best Dance/ Electronic Recording; with “Virgo’s Groove” up for Best R&B Performance; and “Plastic Off the Sofa” for Best Traditional R&B Performance.

Bey is now tied with her husband Jay-Z for the most-nominated artist of all time, with 88, and is three wins behind classical conductor Georg Solti for the most Grammy wins ever.

Other artists at the top of the Grammy nomination list are Kendrick Lamar with eight, Adele and Brandi Carlile with seven each, and Harry Styles, Mary J. Blige, Future, DJ Khaled, and The-Dream all landing six nominations.
