Bon Jovi has officially announced the band’s new album This House is Not For Sale will arrive on October 21 via Island/UMG. The title track and lead single were released today. This House is Not For Sale is the first Bon Jovi record without guitarist Richie Sambora and their first after leaving Mercury Records.
Smashing Pumpkins main man Billy Corgan has been involved with TNA Impact Wrestling for quite some time and has now received a new title. The musician has been appointed President of parent company IMPACT Ventures. “I believe in this company, its passionate fans, the talented roster and the dedicated staff and crew,” said Corgan in a statement. “I am committed to this great opportunity and will use all of my resources and connections to drive the success of this company. This year we have made significant strides in establishing a strong foundation for our future and will be aggressive in continuing to evolve and grow the IMPACT brands.”
Billboard reports that Sheryl Crow is working towards releasing a new album in the spring of 2017. The singer-songwriter spoke at the BlogHer16 conference last week, also noting that she has been cancer-free for a decade after treatment for breast cancer in 2006. Crow said she has recorded already with special guests Stevie Nicks and Keith Richards.
