After 23 days of “officially” being on the job and one day after his first major conference call with 500 Cumulus programmers, Mike McVay found himself in the middle of refuting an erroneous report from an industry publication that made several misstatements relative to the content of the call regarding a broad spectrum of programming policies, practices and systems going forward.
