Rock and roll icons AC/DC debut atop this week’s Billboard 200 chart with Power Up, their first release in six years. Power Up earned 117,000 equivalent album units in its first week of availability, giving the Australian band their third #1 album of their career. It was released in a variety of configurations, including different retailer exclusive editions and a deluxe CD set.
Power Up is the first of four debuts in the Billboard 200’s top 10 this week, as Future and Lil Uzi Vert‘s surprise release Pluto x Baby Pluto arrives at #2 with 105,000 equivalent album units. Chris Stapleton‘s newest release Starting Over debuts at #3 with 103,000 equivalent album units, giving the singer-songwriter his four top 10 record.
Ariana Grande‘s Positions moves back from #1 to #4, followed by Pop Smoke at #5, Luke Combs at #6 and Juice WRLD at #7.
A surprise arrival in the top 10 this week is Queen‘s Greatest Hits, climbing from #36 to #8. Billboard notes the jump is due to a vinyl album sale at Walmart, which had marked all vinyl records in-store down to $15 on November 14.
The Kid Laroi‘s F*** Love lands at #9. YoungBoy Never Broke Again‘s new surprise mixtape Until I Return debuts at #10, giving the rapper his fourth top 10 release this year.
