iHeartMedia Classic Hits KJR-FM (95.7 The Jet, Feel Good Variety of the 80s and more)/Seattle has announced the debut of the new “95.7 The Jet Mornings with Jodi & Bender,” effective immediately.
Bender previously served as a morning host on 106.1 KISS FM, where he became one of the most impactful on-air personalities in the Seattle region. In addition, he is known for giving back to his community by leading 106.1 KISS FM’s annual One Big KISS for Seattle Children’s Hospital Radiothon, which has raised close to one million dollars annually.
“After 19 months, I’m excited to get back on the air… and with Jodi,” said Bender. “COVID-19 has had a sweeping impact across the country with so many friends being affected. While feeling extremely empathetic to those currently out of work, I’m also grateful for the opportunity to get back on the air to serve the community and help guide them through current moments like this.”
Jodi has been a voice in the Seattle community for more than 20 years and on 95.7 The Jet since 2011. Throughout her on-air career, she previously hosted mornings with Marty Riemer and was an on-air personality on The Bob Rivers Show.
