Cox Media Group (CMG) Tampa Radio has announced the promotion of several team members throughout the organization.

John Brennan’s responsibilities have been expanded to include director of branding and programming for Classic Hits WXGL (107.3 The Eagle). Brennan has served as the director of branding and programming for WHPT (102.5 The Bone) for the past five years. “107.3 The Eagle is where I got my start in radio and I’m honored to be named the director of branding and programming for such a great heritage brand,” he said.

Jenna Kesneck has been promoted to director of branding and programming for Alternative WSUN (97X). Kesneck was previously the assistant program director for WSUN/WPOI. “It is truly an honor to lead the station I grew up listening to and where I began my radio career. I am so grateful to CMG leadership for this incredible opportunity,” she said.

Rick Thomas, Operations Manager, will assume programming responsibilities for AC WWRM (Magic 94-9), in addition to his responsibilities as director of branding and programming for AC WDUV (105.5 The Dove). “We at CMG Tampa will always do what is best for our radio brands, to ensure we’re positioned for growth and success,” said Thomas. “I’m excited for what’s to come!”

In addition, CMG Tampa has announced the search for a director of branding and programming for Top 40 WPOI (Hot 101.5).
