Rapper 6ix9ine debuts at #2 with Dummy Boy, after only three days of chart-eligible data. Billboard notes that 6ix9ine was arrested last month by ATF and Homeland Security agents on a variety of charges and is currently incarcerated. He will face trial in September of next year.
     Michael Buble has two releases in the top five: his new album Love at #3 and his 2011 record Christmas, which jumps to #5. The soundtrack to A Star is Born comes in at #4, with the Bohemian Rhapsody soundtrack at #6. The latest holiday release from Pentatonix, Christmas is Here!, moves up to #7, with Drake at #8, The Greatest Showman soundtrack at #9 and Lil Baby & Gunna at #10.

In a new interview with The Times in the UK, Bruce Springsteen says he will have a new solo record out in 2019. The Boss also promises a tour of the UK next year. His Springsteen on Broadway series of performances wraps up later this month, with an album and Netflix version of the hit show on the way soon.

Coming off his Saturday Night Live performance, Anderson .Paak has announced his 2019 “Andy’s Beach Club World Tour” in support of his newest release Oxnard. The tour starts in San Francisco on February 11 and visits a dozen cities before heading to Europe for 14 shows in March.

Jenny Lewis will release her fourth solo album, titled On the Line, in the Spring of 2019. The record features contributions from Beck, Ryan Adams, Ringo Starr, Benmont Tench of the Heartbreakers and others. Lewis has announced a spring tour of North America, starting in Bloomington, IL on March 26 with dates running up to May 26 in San Diego.

Hootie & The Blowfish will hit the road for their first full-length tour in over a decade in 2019, playing outdoor amphitheaters throughout North America from May 30 until September 13. The band will celebrate the 25th anniversary of their massive album Cracked Rear View and release a brand new record as well. Barenaked Ladies will open the entire trek.

Following the success of Bohemian Rhapsody, it’s not surprising that Queen + Adam Lambert will hit the road in the summer of 2019. “The Rhapsody Approaches” tour kicks off in Vancouver on July 10 and winds up on August 23 in Charlotte, NC.

The lineup for the Welcome to Rockville festival in Jacksonville, FL has been announced. KoRn, The Prodigy and Evanescence will headline night one (May 3); Rob Zombie, Shinedown and Judas Priest top the bill the second night (May 4); and the final night (May 5) is headlined by Tool, Incubus and Bring Me the Horizon.
