Beasley Rhythmic CHR WLLD (WiLD 94.1)/Tampa has announced the addition of Joey Franchize as host of its new night show 7p – 12a, starting May 23. Joey joins the team after an 8 year stint at WZMX/Hartford.
“Joey Franchize is a great draft choice, for WiLD 94-1, because of his energy, vibe, and talent. Nights at WiLD have always had character that matches the party atmosphere of Tampa and Joey embodies that”, says Program Director – Orlando Davis.
Joey added, “I’m very excited to start this next chapter in my radio career in a beautiful city like Tampa. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with and learn from. Let’s get WiLD!!!”
WiLD 94-1 night ratings toppers, The Nuthouse, now check in earlier, as Stiffy and Buckwheathave officially made the move to Afternoon Drive 3p – 7p, with the same crazy energy, guests and with their collective finger remaining on the pulse of Tampa Bay.
Orlando commented, “After leading our #1 nights, for 7 years, their connection to the Tampa Bay area is unrivaled and I can’t wait to see them go even higher.
