Cumulus Media announces that it has appointed Jeff McCartney as Operations Manager/Program Director for Salt Lake City radio stations Rock KBER (KBER 101) and CHR KENZ (Power 94.9/101.9).

Jeff brings more than three decades of experience in multi-platform audio programming, brand development, and audience growth strategy to the Cumulus Salt Lake City cluster. He spent over 25 years with iHeartMedia in Salt Lake City, where he held senior programming and operations leadership roles, overseeing a multi-station cluster and leading heritage brands to sustained market success. Known for his strategic approach to content, talent development, and operational execution, Jeff has consistently driven ratings growth, leveraged data-driven insights to enhance performance, and built high-performing teams.
