Audacy has announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer, Rich Schmaeling, effective immediately, to pursue other business opportunities. Schmaeling will remain available to the Company as needed to ensure an orderly transition of his responsibilities.
Audacy will not name a new Chief Financial Officer in the near term.

Schmaeling joined Audacy as EVP, Chief Financial Officer in 2017.
