For the second week in a row, Adele‘s 30 is the #1 album on the Billboard 200 album chart. According to MRC Data, 30 earned another 288,000 equivalent album units in its second week of availability. Billboard notes that while this is a 66 percent drop for last week, it is still the biggest second week for any album in over three years.
At #2 is Taylor Swift‘s Red (Taylor’s Version). Climbing to #3 is Michael Bublé‘s Christmas album, which returns to the top 10 annually. This is in part due to the digital streaming data that is factored into the Billboard 200 chart numbers in recent years. Vince Guaraldi Trio’s A Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack also makes its way into the top 10 at #10 for the same reasons.
Coming in at #4 is Olivia Rodrigo‘s Sour, with Certified Lover Boy from Drake at #5. The rest of the top 10 is made up of Morgan Wallen (#6), Summer Walker (#7), Silk Sonic (#8) and The Weeknd (#9).
