Coldplay have announced their ninth album, Music of the Spheres, will be released on October 15. Produced by Max Martin, the group revealed the album via a handwritten note on Instagram alongside an album trailer (see below for both).
In May, Coldplay released their new single “Higher Power,” which will appear on Music of the Spheres. Another song from the album, “Coloratura,” will land this Friday, with a new official single on the way in September.
