What has been the most memorable station and/or label/industry event you’ve experienced this year?

Mike Miller, WZFT: Kelly Clarkson listening party at her house in Nashville.

Kobi, WNRW/WLGX: Kelly Clarkson event at her house in Nashville was insane!

Chris “Hollywood” Mann, WERO: Kelly Clarkson album listening party at her house.

Brian Mack, WXXL: The two iHeart Music Summit events were great as always this year. For the station, we put a celebrity softball game together last weekend lead by our morning host Johnny Magic, and we assembled talent from our cluster, along with local YouTube stars, news anchors and weather people, and turned it into a charity event with all the proceeds going to support the efforts in Puerto Rico. We took donations on-air and at the game and raised $10,000.

Matt “MJ” Johnson, KUDD: Definitely Kelly Clarkson in Nashville was pretty awesome. So many programmers all together and there was a real positive vibe all around.

Fish Boy, WKRZ: Our Summer Smash show.

Rick Vaughn, Power 94.9: Metallica in Phoenix.

Chris Michaels, FM100: The most memorable label event will be getting to go to Kelly Clarkson’s house to listen to songs off of her new album. That was a FUN night!

Max Volume, KOZZ: Aftershock at Discovery Park in Sacramento. Great venue, good music.

Heather Deluca, WSJO: Definitely the party Atlantic threw at Kelly Clarkson‘s home in Tennessee to listen to her new album. One of the coolest things I’ve ever gotten to do.

Erik Bradley, B96:  I’d say our corporate event We Can Survive and listening to a certain to be released album in Nashville!

Jonathan Reed, WNOK: Kelly Clarkson in Nashville. Great networking event.

Jeff Hurley, WHKF/WLAN: “Bob 94.9’s Nancy & Newman set sail this morning for their third annual #BobBoatloadOfBras event to raise money for the PA Breast Cancer Coalition.   Listeners donated over 1,000 bras during the month of October, twice as many as 2016!  They covered the Pride of the Susquehanna Riverboat with all of the donated bras during today’s live broadcast.   Our partner Community Aid donated a grand total of $10,000 to the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition! Following the check presentation, the Pride of the Susquehanna steamed up and down the Susquehanna river through the city of Harrisburg.”

Terry O’Donnell, WKKF: I would certainly say the Kelly Clarkson event at her house was pretty special, definitely the highlight of the year.

Gina Gray, WERO: The Kelly Clarkson album release party that my boss attended!  Ha!

Tony Waitekus, WHTQ: The World Wide Radio Summit & The Conclave.

Reid/KZZP: Kelly Clarkson listening event at her house in Nashville.

Chris K, 106.5 The End: The Kelly Clarkson event at her house in Nashville was pretty amazing. As for the station, it has to be our Endfest summer show.

Jonathan Shuford, WRVW: Our Live. Life. Love. concert for suicide prevention back in March.  It came together really quickly but being able to witness firsthand the connection between music and mental health was a really special moment.

Kobe, WWHT: The Kelly Clarkson event was very memorable. It was great to see a side of Kelly that I never really realized she had which was her sense of humor, and it was also great to catch up with other programmer friends.

Mike “OD” O’Donnell, WKRZ: The Kelly Clarkson event in Nashville. It was great! I learned that she’s one of the funniest artists I ever met. What great about the night was that she came across endearing because she seemed so genuine in her own environment.

Matt Talluto, WBYR: 98.9 The Bear’s annual Birthday Bash and Radio Contraband convention in Vegas.

Roxy Myzal, hardDrive: Rock on the Range.
