Mike Duffy
Cumulus Media announces that it has appointed Mike Duffy as PD for Active Rock WBSX (97.9X)/Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Duffy has over 20 years’ radio experience in Northeast Pennsylvania and joined Cumulus Media in April as midday host for 97.9X. He will retain his on-air duties while in his new role.
Chris Kenney, VP/Market Manager for Cumulus Media-Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, said, “We love having Mike here – He has the leadership qualities and passion you look for in a PD. He brings a great vibe to the station and a positive energy that is a huge benefit to our listeners and staff.”
