Kendrick Lamar, DJ Khaled and Cardi B top this year’s nominations for the BET Hip Hop Awards. All three artists were nominated nine times each. JAY-Z and Chance the Rapper follow them with five nods each. Future and Migos have four nominations each.
Lamar, Khaled and Cardi are all up against each other for Single of the Year, Best Hip Hop Video, MVP of the Year and Hustler of the Year.
Additonally, the awards ceremony moves from Atlanta to Miami this year. It will tape on October 6 at The Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater and premiering air on the network on October 10.
