Beasley Media Group shared with FMQB that their teams continues to do an incredible job as they move forward at all of their locations and offered us this update:
Corporate:
• There is a limited staff in the corporate office today. Things are running but on generators.
Ft. Myers:
• WXKB (B103.9)is back on the air. All full power stations are now on the air in Ft. Myers.
Tampa:
• Our Tampa stations are all on the air.
• Studios are in normal condition and running on regular electric services.
Boca Raton:
• Still experiencing a power outage at our studios and are working to get the stations on the air from their transmitter site locations. As of this moment, WSBR-AM is running repeat programming.
Beasley Media Group stations have already swung into action with Beasley Best Community of Caring Hurricane Irma Relief Effort. Stations across the country are working together to encourage listeners to donate to the Red Cross – as well as will be doing outreach and hosting on-site collection events to assist those impacted by the storm.
