98 Rock’s (WIYY-FM Baltimore) top rated morning show – Justin, Scott & Spiegel – celebrated the show’s 5th anniversary last week with a special “Bacon, Beer and Birthday Cake” broadcast. Like any proper 5-year old’s birthday party, there was face painting, balloon animals, laser tag, bowling, and other games. Hundreds of listeners were in attendance to help celebrate, including Maryland Governor Larry Hogan who stopped by to issue a special citation for the show.
